Your Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the social media strategy for Domino's in Camp Verde, collaborating closely with our marketing team to develop content that resonates with our audience, elevates brand awareness, and drives sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written).
- Develop engaging, creative, and innovative social media campaigns.
- Implement effective social media strategies across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics and audience insights.
- Engage with our followers, respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the graphic design and marketing teams to enhance brand visual identity.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective content strategies.
- Work with community influencers and local businesses to amplify campaigns and reach a wider audience.
Requirements
We're looking for a passionate and creative individual with a deep understanding of social media dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of increasing engagement and brand loyalty through effective social media management.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their advertising tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing trends.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
